Breakthrough Stats App Reviews

Have had one glitch with not all the players showing up in the track stats screen, but we just made a new game and it was fine. Wish we could get a help screen that explains how each of the categories on the games stats report is calculated.

Tracked stats for my boys games for the last 2 years. Fairly easy to learn and use! Only needs to add the ability to get season totals and not just the season averages. Otherwise its a great basketball stats app!

Very good application. Intuitive and easy to use. It is a very organized way of keeping track of game activities. I have shared some of the features with others and it has motivated them to purchase the app.

I would like to correct some comments made by Jeni Paulson on 12/22/13 about the app. She was frustrated that it couldn’t be customized for time-outs, time in a quarter, etc. Actually, there are numerous customization features in the Setup screen, which is accessed at the bottom the app. Just a few of the things you can customize include: # of periods, minutes per period, minutes per overtime, number of time-outs, etc. Plus, there are a number of options to customize what statistics to collect. Another useful part of the app is the Help button located at the top of the screen. It explains how to use various sections of the app and it has definitions for all of the statistics used in the reports-very helpful.

I use the app for both the youth and high school teams that I coach. Our kids love to see the stats after the games to see how they did. We mostly focus on the hustle stats (rebounds, deflections, forced jump balls, etc). This really helps us motivate the players to hustle and do the little things. As a coach I can take an objective look at how our team or individual players are performing. I like that it tracks almost any stat I can think of. Then I’m able to export to Excel and customize the data however I want. Bottom line, it’s a great app that has really helped both our youth and high school team!

Great app interfact, but the app crashes very consistently. Update please!

Easy to use, great for instant stat/report tracking at breaks

Easy to use, my 10 year old had no problem tracking his brothers team. Being able to quickly email the stats right after the game is great.

Great App. Easy to set up and use even in a fast-paced game. I reviewed before and only gave four stars with a comment that if they had shot charts for individual players it would deserve five stars. They came through with individual as well as team shot charts! Not only a great app but great response to customer feedback.

I have never used an app as much as I use this app. The reports and statistics are easy to follow and the program works excellently. The one thing I would add is the option to change the clock to a running clock in games. The clock stops when a foul is called, but we are in a running clock league. I love this app!

Would love to be able to switch between devices.

Love it minus the fact that it kept asking me to do a review in the middle of a game and I couldnt get out of it

I used this app for my sons basketball tournament. It worked great. The more you use it, the less complicated it becomes.

Great product. Still active and updated. Will only get better.

I really love this app. Ive given 4 stars but would definitely give 5 stars if the app had the capability to sync across multiple devices and show the +/- for each player in the reports.
